The University of Colorado Denver’s Culturally & Linguistically Diverse Education (CLDE) program is designed for educators committed to improving educational access and success for learners from linguistically and culturally diverse backgrounds. It develops the knowledge, leadership skills, and classroom practices that support multilingual learners and their families.
Campus-Based Option*: Our remote hybrid classes meet 1-2 times per month, online, to engage directly with faculty and peers in a dynamic learning environment. Campus offerings includes access to all Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education programs. *Face-to face on-campus classes are no longer required for this program.
District-Based Option: Participate in the program within your school district, allowing for a more flexible schedule and the opportunity to apply what you learn directly in your classroom. District offering includes an endorsement with an optional MA in Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education. Districts includes Adams 12, St. Vrain, and Westminster.
