    Health Careers "Spotlight" Sessions

    Welcome to CU Denver!

    Pre-Health Careers Information Spotlight

    Join our Director of Health Professions Programs, Ms. Trishia Vasquez, to learn more about the health professions program and support services CU Denver provides for students interested in pursuing a health related career. The session is designed to help familiarize students with the Health Professions Office, what is required to be considered for a competitive applicant when applying to a health profession program, and the importance of immersing yourself in health care to gain experience. 

    Students who attend the workshop should leave with knowledge of the following: 
    * Academic expectations of pre-health programs
    * Characteristics of a successful Health Profession student
    * Professional growth, personal growth, and academic credentials

    Ms. Vasquez will also have two current pre-health students join her to share their experiences at CU Denver
