Info Sessions

Virtual and In-Person Info Sessions provide prospective students the opportunity to learn more about the BS Architecture, the application process, a building tour (virtual and in-person), and the chance to have questions answered. Don't see an in-person session that works for you? Email to schedule a different date.

Class Visits
Curious about what the classroom experience is like as a BS Architecture student? Observe a class in-person or virtually for a glimpse into faculty instruction, student engagement and work during a CAP class. Note: Observers must join at the start of class but may exit at any time. Further instructions to follow with registration.
  • Design Studio I: 8am - 12:25pm, Wednesdays. Introduces students to the principles of design and composition through studies of architecture's formal, spatial, and geometric systems. Students explore these using a variety of drawing techniques including diagramming and drawings that are exploratory, analytical, and developmental.
  • Design Studio IV: 8am - 12:25pm, Tuesdays. This course focuses on the design of small-scale buildings to advance students’ understanding of the role of context in design communication. Students learn to translate non-formal concepts into sequential architectural experiences in deference to program and site.
