 Veteran & Military Student Services (VMSS) Veteran & Military Student Services (VMSS) at the University of Colorado Denver provides support to military-connected students throughout their academic journey. Our office administers VA educational benefits, military connected residency, and processes military experience forms for those looking to get educational credits from their military training. We provide peer mentoring, transition support, community and institution resource referrals, and the professional development program Boots to Suits. All incoming military-connected students at CU Denver are encouraged to sign up for a New Student Benefit Briefing.
