Charles has held senior executive roles at WestJet Airlines, Continental, and United Airlines, leading major strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, operational transformations, and international expansion. He also teaches MBA-level Operations Strategy at the University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler Business School.
